You fill in a detailed onboarding questionnaire covering the lot: goals, history, health, training schedule, gym kit, food likes and dislikes, as much as you're comfortable sharing. The more you give me, the better the plan. I build it, we walk through it together so you actually understand it, and if nutrition's your weak spot we'll sit down properly until it clicks. Then we get to work, tweaking as we go.
From here you crack on and I support you the whole way. Send training clips for form checks, drop your food diary in for a once-over, ask for recipes, follow your plan, and watch your program get updated as you progress. Check-ins monitored, messages answered, whatever you need to keep moving.

Twelve weeks is where it starts to click, and almost everyone needs more time than they think. So here's the deal. We set a specific target, down to the kilo. Check in when I ask, do the sessions, hit the nutrition we set, and give it the full 90 days. Do that and if you're genuinely not progressing, I refund you in full. No hoops, no argument. I can promise that because in seven years I've never once seen someone do the work properly and get nowhere. The only catch is you actually have to do it, because I can't refund effort you never put in. This sits on top of your normal consumer rights, it doesn't replace them.
And to be clear, the guarantee and the 28-day cancellation notice are two different things.
