I keep my client list small enough to coach everyone properly, so it's worth being straight with you now. This isn't for you if:

  • You want a six-week shred for an event. This builds a body you keep, not a crash diet with a deadline. If that's the goal, I'm the wrong coach, no hard feelings.
  • You're not open to doing things differently. Everything you've tried so far is what got you here. I'll ask you to take a different approach, and I need you willing to give it an honest go.

I went down the wrong road first, so you don't have to

I'm not a genetic freak who's never struggled. The opposite.

  • Started skinny-fat and unhealthy, living on kebabs and Maccas, drinking to cover the fact I had no confidence.
  • The turning point: I got beaten at a fitness event by girls fitter and stronger than me. Embarrassing. That was enough.

The guarantee

Twelve weeks is where it starts to click, and almost everyone needs more time than they think. So here's the deal. We set a specific target, down to the kilo. Check in when I ask, do the sessions, hit the nutrition we set, and give it the full 90 days. Do that and if you're genuinely not progressing, I refund you in full. No hoops, no argument. I can promise that because in seven years I've never once seen someone do the work properly and get nowhere. The only catch is you actually have to do it, because I can't refund effort you never put in. This sits on top of your normal consumer rights, it doesn't replace them.

And to be clear, the guarantee and the 28-day cancellation notice are two different things. The guarantee is about results: do the full 12 weeks properly and if you're not progressing, you're refunded. The 28 days is about leaving: cancel whenever you like, I just ask for 28 days' notice so we wrap up properly.

Questions

The stuff people ask before signing up

Do I need to be over 30? +
No. Over-30 is just where most of my clients land. They tend to be working full time, settled, and mature enough to commit to a proper process instead of hunting for a quick fix. If you're younger and you get what I'm about, you're welcome in. I'm just not going to talk anyone into it.
Is this a 3-month program? +
No. It's ongoing coaching. Three months is just the minimum I recommend to give it a proper crack and see real change. You're not signing up to a fixed course, you're getting a coach. Most people stay 1 to 3 years because they like the results and the support, and a few have never left.
I've tried everything and nothing's worked. Why would this be different? +
Because you've never had a coach who actually held you to it and taught you the why. You've had plans, apps and classes. You've never had someone in your corner checking the work and coaching the person. That's the whole difference.
How much time does this actually take? +
Three sessions a week is plenty to get into great shape. Most of the result comes from how you eat, not how many hours you spend in the gym. If you can train three times a week and answer a check-in, you've got the time.
What if it doesn't work for me? +
It works when you do the work, and that's exactly what the accountability is for. You're also covered by the 12-week results guarantee above. I've coached over 100 people to lose 20kg or more. The principles don't care who you are.
Do I get a meal plan? +
Yes, when it's the right tool, and for most clients early on it is. A meal plan gets you structured fast: shopping, prep, portions, protein, food timing, even family meals. The difference here is it comes with the education, so as you learn to track and adjust for yourself, the training wheels come off and you can handle holidays, birthdays and bad weeks without falling apart.
Can I switch payment plans later? +
Yes. Start weekly and switch to the quarterly option later to save money, handy if payday's around the corner and you want to get going now. Monthly can roll to weekly any time too. Pick whatever gets you started, we can adjust it as you go.
What if I want to cancel? +
Just give me 28 days' notice, whichever way you pay. That gives us time to wrap things up properly: capture your feedback, hand over your programs as PDFs where needed, and finish the pay cycle cleanly on both ends. It also saves you from cancelling on the back of one bad week, which is exactly when most people are about to turn the corner. And to be clear, cancelling is separate from the results guarantee. The guarantee is about results: do the full 12 weeks properly and if you're not progressing, you're refunded. Cancelling is just about leaving, whenever you decide to, with 28 days' notice.
I've got an injury that's always held me back. Can you work around it? +
Almost always, yes, as long as you're cleared for exercise by an experienced professional. Agustin came to me after two knee surgeries and got into the best shape of his life. We coach around what your body can do, not against it, and I regularly work alongside physios and chiros so we're all on the same team. My honest take: learn to train properly with a good coach and you shouldn't need standing physio appointments just to stay out of trouble, unless you genuinely want them.
I don't know how to do any of the exercises. Is that a problem? +
Not at all, that's half the reason people hire me. Your program is built around your experience and your kit, with clear guidance for every exercise. And whenever you want a second pair of eyes, send me a quick clip of a set and I'll coach your technique. No pressure to film everything, it's there when you want it. Most people are training confidently within a few weeks.
How is the program delivered? +
Through my own coaching app: your training, nutrition, tracking, check-ins and our messages, all in one place. If you're more advanced and we need a tighter handle on the data that matters for your result, we'll move to spreadsheet tracking together.
Can I train with you in person? +
If you're local, yes. I hold client training days at my gym roughly every quarter when the interest is there, and I aim to train local online clients in person once or twice a year at no extra charge, if you're keen to learn.
Can I book ongoing PT sessions? +
Yes and no. In-person PT with me is very limited, premium priced, and not something I advertise, because my time gets you a better result spent coaching you online. That's not a cop-out, it's how every result on this page happened. Between the app, the check-ins and video technique analysis, you get plenty of eyes on your training. Everyone who doubted online coaching found out it works better than they thought.
Can I fit this around my kids and work? +
That's exactly who this is built for. Career, family, and still getting in great shape. The whole thing bends around your life, not the other way round.
Will my photos be shared online? +
Only ever at your discretion, and I always ask first. Plenty of my clients are teachers, police, support workers, or people whose community or culture makes sharing a no-go, and they ask me to keep their results offline, so I do. No pressure, no hard feelings, your choice. It's honestly why you won't see every result I've ever coached plastered on this page: a good chunk of my best transformations stay private by request. Your photos are for your progress first.
