Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This policy explains what personal information L3VEL UP collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. It is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Who we are

L3VEL UP is a sole trader business operated by Andy Galloway, ABN 64 921 808 009, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Contact for any privacy question is Andy@l3veluponline.com.

What we collect

Sensitive information

Health and fitness details are sensitive information. I collect them with your consent and use them only to deliver your coaching. You choose what to share, though some information is necessary for the coaching to work.

How we use it

To deliver and adjust your coaching, process your payments, communicate with you, keep records, and meet legal obligations. I do not sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

I use a small set of trusted providers to run the coaching, and share only what each one needs to do its job:

Each provider handles your data under its own terms. I may also disclose information where required by law.

Storage, security and overseas providers

Your information is stored on these reputable third-party platforms, and I take reasonable steps to protect it. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure. Some of these providers store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the coaching, you consent to that overseas handling.

Marketing emails

If you are on my email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing me.

Cookies

The Stay Ready page is largely static and does not run advertising trackers. The embedded video (Bunny) and payment checkout (Stripe) may set functional cookies needed to work.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email Andy@l3veluponline.com and I will action it within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, contact me first and I will try to resolve it. You can also raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The current version lives on this page with the date at the top.
