Refund Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

This policy explains how refunds work at L3VEL UP, and how the results guarantee and the cancellation notice fit together. It matches the terms shown on the Stay Ready page. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

The 12-week results guarantee

Coaching is backed by a results guarantee. Here is exactly how it works. At the start we set a specific target, down to the kilo. To be covered by the guarantee, you need to:

Do all of that, and if you are genuinely not progressing toward your target, you get a full refund. No hoops, no argument. The only catch is that you have to actually do the work, because I cannot refund effort that was never put in. In seven years I have never seen someone follow the plan properly and get nowhere, which is why I can offer this at all.

How to claim

Email Andy@l3veluponline.com once you have completed the full 12 weeks. I will review your check-ins and adherence against the guarantee conditions above. If they are met, your refund is processed back to your original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing times vary, so it may take a few business days to appear.

Cancellation is separate from the guarantee

These are two different things. The guarantee is about results: do the full 12 weeks properly and if you are not progressing, you are refunded. Cancellation is simply about leaving, whenever you decide to, with 28 days' notice.

Cancelling stops future billing after the notice period. It is not a refund of payments already made. To cancel, email me and I will confirm it, whichever way you pay.

Change of mind

Coaching is an ongoing service that you can cancel at any time with 28 days' notice, so subscription payments already taken are not generally refundable outside the results guarantee. If your circumstances change, get in touch and we will sort out the fairest option. This does not affect your Australian Consumer Law rights.

Your consumer rights

This guarantee sits on top of your normal consumer rights, it does not replace them. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or is not fit for the purpose we agreed, you may be entitled to a remedy. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
