Nobody has ever explained to you why the last four programs failed, and that explanation is most of what you're paying me for. I coach a small number of people in person out of my own gym in Fraser Rise, and the prices are further down the page so you can make your mind up before we ever speak.
See the options →You pay for access to equipment and that's genuinely all you're getting. Nobody there has any idea what you're working towards, so every session is whatever you felt like doing, and six months of that adds up to nothing.
Forty people doing the same session regardless of what any individual body needs, with someone shouting encouragement over the music. You'll get sweaty and fit-ish. You will not get coached, because coaching one person properly takes attention that isn't available in that room.
Counted your reps, wrote your session on a whiteboard, never once explained why any of it was there. The day you stopped paying you were back to square one, because nothing was ever transferred to you.
Built for a body that isn't yours by somebody who has never seen you move. It might be a decent program. It just isn't your program, and you've no way of knowing which bits to change when something hurts.
The information is all out there and it contradicts itself constantly. Sorting the good from the nonsense is a skill in its own right, and building that skill is years of work you were never planning to do.
Every one of those is missing the same thing. Somebody who knows what they're looking at, watching you do it, and adjusting what happens next.
Sixty minutes in my private gym. I'm not going to sit you down with a clipboard and list fifty things that are wrong with you. I'd rather find what you already do well and build from there, so the assessing happens while we train.
You'll get pushed properly and safely. If something's sore or beat up we work around it rather than pretending it isn't there. I've coached people back from knee surgeries and worse, and adjusting the plan around what your body is dealing with is a normal part of the job.
By the end of the hour you'll understand more about how you move and what your training should look like than you did walking in, and that knowledge is yours whether you ever book again or not.
A supervised workout looks like this. Someone counts your reps, keeps you moving for the hour, films a set for their socials, and next week's session comes from whatever they watched online. You leave sweaty and none the wiser about your own body.
Coaching means I can tell you why every single thing in your program is there, and I can teach it to you so the results keep coming when I'm not in the room. That comes from over 7,000 hours coaching real people in person, and from the fact that I never stopped studying.
Every client gets the app, in-person ones included. Your program, your food, your progress and your messages to me all live in the same place, so nothing gets lost in a text thread or a screenshot you took three weeks ago.
Some of these people train with me in person and some are coached online and see me at client training days through the year. They all get the same coach, and the ones who put the work in get the best results.
"Apart from a training and food plan, the education that comes along with the program has been highly valuable. Knowing why you are doing an exercise, how that movement impacts the body, and what is actually happening inside the muscles to make the movement happen helps you understand how it all falls into place... Over my time training with Andy, I managed to drop 20kg, and significantly improve my strength."
"I never understood nutrition or had a coach who truly supported or educated me on how to enjoy food while losing weight and changing my body shape the way I wanted to, until I met Coach Andy. During my 10-month commitment to working with Andy I have lost 14 kilos as well as slowly watching my body shape transition along the way to where I want to be!"
"Throughout the process, I gained so much confidence, especially in the gym, where I now feel comfortable using equipment I once avoided... Most importantly, I feel stronger now, and I can keep up with my kids in a way I could not before."
"I have been with Andy for about 3 years and have gained a world of change in my eating habits, exercise routines and mindset... I thought I was after weight loss but I ended up changing my body composition and building muscle. I would recommend Andy to anyone who would like a change for the better."
If a couple of those aren't true yet, that's completely fine and I'd rather say so now than take your money for six weeks. Start with the free scorecard at the bottom of this page, or the nutrition app, and come back when the timing suits you better. I'm not going anywhere.
I'd rather coach eight people properly than thirty people badly, so in-person spots are capped to protect the quality of the coaching. I don't run eight to twelve sessions back to back in a day, because that is exactly how poor coaching gets delivered.
Checkout takes a minute. No call, no application, no waiting to be approved.
You hear from me directly to sort a session time and grab the basics: goals, history, and anything your body is dealing with.
Turn up in normal training gear. Everything else is here.
This covers both hybrid plans, because hybrid is my full coaching with sessions on top. We set a specific target down to the kilo. Check in when I ask, do the sessions, hit the nutrition we agree, and give it the full 90 days. Do that and if you are genuinely not progressing, I refund you in full.
Worth being clear about, because it's the difference between me and a session-by-session PT. When you're with me weekly you're a full coaching client. Your program, your nutrition, your check-ins, and me reachable between sessions, with the in-person hours on top of all that. The session is where we sharpen the work rather than the only time coaching happens.
It also means where you live doesn't decide whether I can coach you. My online coaching is $99.75 a week and it is where most of the results on this page came from. If Fraser Rise isn't practical, you lose the in-person hour and keep everything else.
Sixteen questions, about four minutes. It works out your calories and macros from your own numbers, scores you on the three things that decide whether a transformation sticks, and tells you where I would start you if you were my client. There is nothing to book at the end of it, it just emails you the lot.
